HYROX Waitlist is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX (HYROX World GmbH), the event organizer, or any official ticketing provider. We do not sell HYROX tickets. All tickets are purchased on the official HYROX site. Event and ticket information shown on the Service is sourced from publicly accessible HYROX event pages.

The Service monitors public HYROX event pages and notifies users by email when previously sold-out tickets become available again.

• Standard (free): periodic ticket-availability checks, email notification when your selected ticket appears.
• Priority ($9.99 one-time): high-frequency checks and first-out email notifications, for one chosen event and any ticket type the user picks on that event, until the event start date.

When you purchase Priority you are paying for monitoring and faster notification, not for a ticket. Whether and when a ticket becomes available depends entirely on third-party sources we do not control. We do not guarantee that a ticket will ever appear, nor that you will be able to purchase one before others.

Monitoring and email notifications are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific check frequency, that every ticket drop will be detected, or that notifications will arrive within any specific time. Third-party site changes, rate limiting, outages, and email delivery delays may cause checks or notifications to be missed or delayed.

All sales are final. Because the Priority service is a digital service that begins immediately upon payment, no refunds are issued.

By purchasing Priority you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Priority. Users between 16 and 18 may use the free Service only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. The Service is not intended for users under 16.

You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute notifications or data from the Service, and not to use the Service to interfere with or overload third-party ticketing systems. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, in which case Section 5 (Refunds) still applies.

Priority is delivered exclusively by email. Unsubscribing from Service emails terminates your Priority entitlement without refund. We may also occasionally email you about future HYROX events or related promotions; every such email contains an unsubscribe link.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you have actually paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, which for Priority users is at most $9.99.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
