HYROX Waitlist is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX (HYROX World GmbH), the event organizer, or any official ticketing provider.

We keep things deliberately minimal. The only data we store is:

• your email address;
• the events and ticket types you joined the waitlist for.

We use this data only to operate the Service and to send you the email alerts you signed up for.

We do not store payment cards, billing addresses, names, phone numbers, or profile data. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we only see the minimum information Stripe shows us to confirm a purchase. For details on what Stripe collects, see the Stripe Privacy Policy.

• Transactional alerts you signed up for (waitlist verification, ticket-available notifications, payment confirmations).
• Occasionally, news about future HYROX events or related promotions we think are useful.

Every email contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes your email from our database.

To run the Service we rely on these providers:

• Neon – database hosting (USA).
• Stripe – payment processing (USA / Ireland).
• Resend – email delivery (USA).
• Vercel – web hosting and cookieless analytics (USA).

International transfers from the EU/UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by each provider.

We only use essential cookies (e.g. for Stripe Checkout and unsubscribe links). Vercel Analytics is cookieless. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not embed third-party trackers.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing, at any time, by emailing legal@pnbcoding.com. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information.

Your email is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Records related to a completed payment may be retained for as long as required to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest version.
